STRESSED OUT

I am so stressed out... and all I do is gain weight... and I would like to eat more healthy and exercise... does anyone know of a good diet to stick with that actually works? and NO I am not talking about Jenny Craig or that sort of thing just good foods to eat... and possibly will make me shed a few pounds...

What are thing's I could do to be less stressed?

Just don't eat anythign sweet! Cookies, muffins, chocolate, fast food. Stay away from it all...eat regular food but sweet stuff is always going to be bad haha! And processed food isn't the best for you either, like sandwich meats, some cheese, and soup has lots of salt in it too.

Have you tried yoga? it is a great stress reliever and it will help you to lose weight, it is good exercise.

yeah yoga is great for stress, I love it.
What kind of foods do you like? I'm sure we can think of some good healthy additions that fit in with your tastes! Smiling for snacks, I like yoplait light yogurts. they are about 100 calories and they are, IMO, the best light yogurt you can find.
