congrats! bull mastiffs are so gorgeous! Sampson is a great idea.
Winston, Devlyn or Charlie Brown would be my top picks for a boy dog right now, but Sampson fits so well for the breed.

How about Gigantor? Or Godzilla? Growing up we had a dog named Hoss. (Because he was as big as a hoss (horse)).I've always wanted to name a dog Taco. My grandfather had an old dog named Pepe.
That would be a good dog name, too.
